Workplace psychological harm rarely gets reported until it's too late. We built a platform that makes it safe for employees to speak up, and helps employers act early.

Our mission

Workplaces don't fail on psychological health and safety because they don't care. They fail because they rely on systems employees don't trust and managers can't act on.

Formal reporting channels don't solve this. Employees avoid them because they feel visible, unsafe, or pointless. Most concerns never get raised at all. The people responsible for managing risk are often the last to find out.

HowsWork exists to fix that. We give employees a genuinely anonymous way to raise concerns about psychosocial hazards. We give employers the structured visibility they need to act early, with a clear record of action taken.
